We are looking for a Digital Workplace Support Officer for a fixed term contract.

This position is open for a fixed-term of maximum 9 months to replace a parental leave.

Digital Workplace Support Officer is the first point of contact for internal users, managing and resolving IT-related requests via the ticketing system (JIRA). 

Troubleshooting, prioritizing, and escalating issues to 2nd Level Support or external vendors when necessary, ensuring timely communication and documentation. Supervised directly by the IT Administration and Support Team Leader, under the responsibility of Head of Service Support and IT.

We are seeking a Solution Implementation Engineer, reporting to the DevSecOps Team Leader. 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the design, implementation, deployment, and support of secure, resilient, and sustainable software solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery and operational excellence. 

We are looking for a Solutions Integration Engineer to design, implement, and support secure and resilient system integrations across the full solution lifecycle, in line with DevSecOps best practices.

The role is operating under the direct supervision of the DevSecOps Team Leader, reporting to the Head of Service Support and IT.

This position is ideal for a solutions driven engineer, with a problem-solving mindset, who values cross-team collaboration, and has interest in discovering root causes.
